Free folk night for your enjoyment
In November 2012 we celebrated five years of excellent nights held here,
come, watch, listen and join in  if you want to

every 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th Thursday-Bridge Club-meet at 7pm

every 2nd Thursday-Alfa Romeo Motor Club -meet at 7.30

Fun playing Bingo with a snowball at times in excess of £250 Starts at 9.30pm

Sunday Community Quiz starts at 9.30pm Any number in each team.
Fun general knowledge quiz with proceeds going to support community activities in our two villages
Team prizes and raffle to be won. Your chance to win big money   

We can open any time from 10am in the morning for activities and meetings etc

Church News
We have arranged to rent a charity shop in Holywell for 2 weeks from  November 20th
All donations of clothing, bric a brac and help to run the shop much appreciated

Sponsored Walk
Saturday 14th October starting from the church at 9.30

Christmas Carol Concert will be held on
December 7th in the church at 3pm-
Accompanied by our organist and his brass quintet
Refreshments of mulled wine and mince pies will be served
after the concert
Rhydymwyn Annual Bonfire will be held on Saturday 4th November in the Donkey Field

All help for collecting and building the bonfire, erecting the marquee etc much appreciated

Children bring along a guy and win a prize

Helpers meet at the Donkey Field at 9.30am and the event starts at 6.30pm

Burgers, Sausages, and refreshments available

For Health and Safety Reasons no sparklers are allowed on the field
nor is the consumption of alcohol but the
bar will be open after the event for those wishing to purchase drinks

The Pool Team are looking for more players
If you can play and want to join the team the league starts at the end of September

John Les and Zena are hosting  another Prepare and Share on
October 20th at 6pm

Community Quiz every Sunday at 9pm All Raffle proceeds go towards our community

November 27th the twice monthly folk club will be celebrating 10 years.
They meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month

In December Monswn will again be entertaining us -a good event and not to be missed
Costin Developments have donated a large container for  village use
The container will be painted on

Come along in your oldest clothes to help us to paint it at 10am
